For those of you knocking Justin Bieber for not worrying enough about his hospitalized girlfriend Selena Gomez, stop hating! The 17-year-old pop singing sensation reached out to his 18-year-old leading lady on Twitter with a sweet and simple message.
"#getwellselena" Bieber Tweeted of the recent hashtag which has been circulating the Twitterverse since Selena's hospitalization for nausea and a severe headache last night.

After her appearance on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno last night, Selena was taken to an L.A. area hospital and is reportedly still there, undergoing tests.
According to TMZ, Selena has canceled her performance tonight at Santa Monica Place, an outdoor mall in L.A.
