It seems that after dealing with the paparazzi day in and day out, there is only so much you can take.

That was just the case for Justin Bieber on Sunday while he was out with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
The scuffle happened when Justin and Selena were walking out of a movie theater at The Commons at Calabasas. When the photographer tried to take pictures of the couple and tried to block their car, Justin reportedly lost his cool and they got into an altercation. Soon after, the photog called 911 and said he was complaining of chest pains.

Now Justin is wanted for questioning by the Los Angeles Country Sheriff's investigators and could possibly be charged with misdemeanor battery. Justin and Selena left before the police arrived and need to talk to him about what happened.
The paparazzo did go to the hospital and was soon released.
