For Ellen DeGeneres' birthday, Justin gave her a signed box containing a lock of his hair after his famous haircut.
Ellen then auctioned off the hair on eBay and it sold today for $40,668!

The money will be donated to The Gentle Barn Foundation, an animal rescue organization.
So not only did the bidder get the hair, but also did something nice for charity.
