Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, took to a chat room on Tuesday to talk Bieber, MTV News reports.

"Everyone says I'm ignoring a certain issue that you all want to know about," he said. "Everybody wants to know something. Here's what I'm going to tell you. This kid travels a lot and I always told him, I was always like, 'You shouldn't be in a relationship unless you can give someone everything.' I know that him and the person you're asking about are really close friends and have been for awhile. As far as I know, that's what they are."

He also admitted that he's told Justin to "stop answering the single question" so he can maintain a private life.

And Scooter also chatted about Justin's very busy career.

"Yes, Justin is working on new music," he said. "He's been talking to Drake about new music. Bieber and Kanye West had a call today about a song they're trying to work on together. Kanye wants to produce a bunch of new songs for the new album. He's talked with Rascal Flatts. Him and Chris Brown have been sending stuff back and forth to each other."
