Oh to be rich and famous, right? Justin Timberlake has officially listed his NYC apartment for sale to the tune of 7.65 million bucks!
As he says buh-bye to his bachelor pad, it seems the "Sexy Back" singer is going to make a substantial profit if he sells it for the asking price. According to RadarOnline, JT purchased the penthouse two years ago for $6.56 million!

The stunning three bedroom apartment includes 3.5 baths, a gas burning fireplace, and a private large terrace. Plus, apparently it features a glass curtain wall and 10-foot high ceilings that allow sunlight to flow in with stunning views of the Empire State Building. In addition, there's a kitchen full of state-of-the art appliances, a sub-zero refrigerator, and wine storage.
