Justin Timberlake's Injury Shuts Down Filming of 'Now'

It's hard to film fast-paced action movie when your leading man is tottering around on crutches: After Justin Timberlake injured himself doing a stunt on his upcoming movie Now, a new report says the studio has darkened the set, shutting production down temporarily while he gets better.
E! News confirms the setback, citing the production company: "Justin Timberlake sustained a muscle injury to his calf on the set of Andrew Niccol's thriller Now. Production has taken a brief hiatus and will resume shortly."

A source close to the goings-on told E! that things will be at a standstill for around two weeks.

"He hasn't heard anything about the MRI results, but they're freezing production until he's off crutches and able to act again," the insider says.
JT rocked some crutches last week after the injury, and was checked out by a doctor on Friday.
