But did you know that the former Jersey Shore star loves to bake? She swaps out the sugar and fat from traditional breakfast treats and desserts and incorporates 310 shake protein to create recipes that are tasty, nutritious and something the whole family can enjoy. She shares her yummy recipe for the family favorite below!

Heavenly Chocolate Chip Pancakes


Ingredients for pancake batter:

2 cups of 310 shake chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup of almond flour

2 cups of oats

2 egg whites

1 ripe banana

1 1/2 cup of almond milk

Ingredients for drizzle:

1 quest chocolate bar

2 scoops of cottage cheese

2 cups of almond milk

Follow these steps:

step 1: Put pancake batter ingredients into blender

step 2: Blend until smooth

step 3: Heat pan and add non stick spray

step 4: Pour pancake mix into pan

step 5: Combine ingredients for drizzle into bowl

step 6: Microwave drizzle for 30 seconds

step 7: Pour drizzle into blender

step 8: Blend drizzle until smooth

step 9: Put pancake onto plate

step 10: Pour drizzle onto pancake

step 11: Garnish pancake with bananas & chocolate chip morsels
