NEWSK-Fed Keeps Calm on Celebrity Fit Club

Kevin Federline is playing it cool while filming the seventh season of Celebrity Fit Club, according to his teammates.
"Kevin's as cool as a cucumber," High School Musical's KayCee Stroh tells E! Online. "He keeps it all together.
"All the rest of us are sobbing like babies, but Kevin is pretty calm and collected."
KayCee is the leader of a group of dieting D-listers including Skid Row front man Sebastian Bach and Tanisha Thomas from The Bad Girls Club.

And she reveals that part of the regimen on the VH1 show is putting the competitors in therapy and making them keep a daily journal.
"Kevin is really a trouper," Stroh says of Britney Spears' ex-husband. "He's actually quite shy and quiet and soft-spoken. But when he pipes in, he's very funny and really witty."
So how does Kevin, 31, take advice from his team leader?
"I've learned that it's best to lead by example with them," KayCee says. "Kevin will take it like a champ though. He'll take constructive criticism very well."
