The actress reunited with her Runaways co-star Scout Taylor-Compton and stunned on the red carpet as usual! It's quite a busy week for the Twilight actress who will be hitting the carpet again tonight for the worldwide premiere of Eclipse at the Nokia Theater!
Love Ranch is a drama — based on real events — centered around a married couple who opened up the first legal brothel in Nevada.
