Some sad news for Kanye West's father Ray, as he is battling prostate cancer according to reports.
It was initially reported earlier this week that the type of cancer he had was in the stomach region however that appears to be not factual according to sources close to him.
He's dropped everything in order to help his father after hearing the news. Ray is currently being treated in Los Angeles, where insiders say he's responding well.

Ray's diagnosis comes over ten years since the death of Kanye's mother Donda, who passed at the age of 58 after complications from plastic surgery.
The father-son duo made a rare public appearance together recently when they hit up hotspot Nobu in Los Angeles. Ray and Donda divorced when Kanye was only 2 years old, however the former couple remained friendly over the years.
