Kate Gosselin took a break from her brood to treat herself to an early Christmas present. The mother of eight showed off her brand-new haircut, courtesy of the chic Ted Gibson Salon, on Wednesday in NYC. Earlier that afternoon, Kate spent five hours getting pampered at the celebrity salon where her hair was lightened and straightened through an intensive — and expensive! — treatment.
Kate and ex-husband Jon Gosselin have both been dealing with financial issues when it comes to keeping up with their luxurious lifestyle and providing for their eight kids. But while Jon recently went out and got a stable tech job, Kate is getting hair treatments that cost anywhere from $450 to $950.
