Kate Gosselin was spotted taking a jog around her home town of Wernersville, Pa. on Thursday. The mom of eight looked great during her approximately four mile run. She topped off her athletic workout look with a T-shirt that states "Nobody Has Ever Regretted It." Seems like a perfect motto for OK!'s cover girl, who is moving on with her love life!
Kate has a lot to handle as a single mom, and a source tells OK! her self esteem is at an all-time low.
"She has always had a tendency to break into tears, and now she has been doing so on a consistent basis," the source said. "She's having a really hard time being a single mom."
