Kate Hudson Shows Off Her Engagement Ring in NYC!

Chic mom-to-be Kate Hudson strolled out of her NYC hotel earlier this morning in some serious heels for a pregnant star! Kate is in town promoting her new flick Something Borrowed that is set to hit theaters next month. Kate chatted with Matt Lauer this morning on Today and showed off some new bling on her left hand!

"Could you place your hand in my hand for a second please," Matt asks Kate.  "I just want to see something ... Is this new?" A very giggly Kate responds by saying "This is new!" Kate proudly showed off her engagement ring that rocker boyfriend, Matthew Bellamy gave to her last week!

Kate tells Today that she was just waiting for somebody to notice the ring! Aw! Congrats Kate and Matt!
