On Saturday morning, Kate Hudson took her adorable son Ryder to a birthday party in Studio City. While the busy, now single actress is usually hard at work, she took the time to pick up one of her 6-year-old son’s friends along the way.

Presents in tow, Kate looked happy with Ryder, who came out of the birthday bash with a fun mask on and a goodie bag in his hand.
