The actress spent three days nesting at her beau's apartment while filming Bride Wars and kept in constant contact with Lance while on set via cell phone, where she was overheard whispering sweet nothings to the 36-year-old seven-time Tour de France champ.

“Kate was glowing,” an insider tells OK!. “She was smiling and couldn’t stop laughing while talking to him.”
Though they have been together for less than a month, the two are certain this is no short-lived summer fling. How serious are they? Kate is planning on taking her son Ryder, 4, to Lance's hometown of Austin, Tx.
