Is Kate Middleton finally pregnant with the world's most highly anticipated heir?

Not since Angelina Jolie's impending gestation (or Jennifer Aniston's rumored one), have the masses been so fixated upon a pregnancy, and if a close friend of Kate's is to believed the royal duo are gearing up to make a big announcement in December.

The notoriously lean Kate has reportedly put on a few pounds in recent months in order to increase the chances of conception, which has proven successful.

This summer while Will and Kate embarked on a nine-day tour of the Far East and South Pacific, the Prince told a band of reporters he wanted to have two children one day with his wife, which the insider seconds. 

"It seems very traditional but of course they’ll be happy with two boys or two girls, they don’t want more," the source said. "They’ve discussed it endlessly and don’t want to be older parents.”
