Kate Moss Chooses a Cigarette as Her Runway Accessory at PFW

Kate Moss took to the runway at Paris Fashion Week this morning for the Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton show.

But instead of choosing a handbag for an accessory, Kate opted to smoke a cigarette.
