Katharine McPhee rocks a toned, bikini bod in a bright pink suit on the February cover of Shape magazine. The Idol alum opens up to the fitness mag about her battle with bulimia and adopting a healthy lifestyle. “The more I focused on my weight, the worse my bulimia got," Katharine shares.
"Now I’m more easygoing. I stopped fighting myself and became more forgiving of my body. Ironically, the weight came off naturally through exercise but no dieting.”
