Katherine Heigl Puts a New Spin on Bounty Hunting in 'One for the Money' Trailer

And we thought No Strings Attached and Friends With Benefits were similar story lines! The trailer for Katherine Heigl's new film, One for the Money, has been released and it looks a whole lot like Jennifer Aniston's The Bounty Hunter!

From the best-selling mystery series by Janet Evanovich, Katherine is taking on the role of Stephanie Plum in the upcoming One for the Money film.

Katherine plays a New Jersey girl who is desperate for money and takes a job at her cousin's bail bond company as a recovery agent, Coming Soon reports. She is tasked with getting former vice cop and murder suspect Joe Morelli (Jason O'Mara), who dumped her in high school.

While the plots may be different in the book, the trailer sure looks a lot like The Bounty Hunter (right down to the handcuffing scene) just with reverse-gender roles. And is it just us, or does Jason look a lot like Gerard Butler in the film?
