The 6 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom home encompasses over 8,000 square feet and has an asking price in the millions!

The silver screen legend lived in the waterfront home she called for many years until her death in 2003. According to CBS, the house was built in 1913 and is located near the Long Island Sound estuary in Old Saybrook, Conn. Oh yeah, one minor detail: The asking price is a mere $18 million!

After her death, the house was purchased by the chief executive of F.J. Sciame Construction and it endured a thorough renovation. Essentially, the property has 3.5 acres and was split into three separate lots. Katharine's former home sits on the largest section; each lot is up for sale separately but if you want all three, they can be yours for a total of $28 million.
