Four of Katherine Jackson's grandchildren will finally be making the big move out of her home this month; however, their mother isn't happy.

The Jackson family matriarch has been very busy taking care of deceased son Michael Jackson's three children, Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket, TMZ reports.

Because she has her hands full, Katherine recently told Alejandra Jackson she needed to move out of the Jackson family compound in Encino, Calif. with her kids, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte and Randy Jr.

According to TMZ, Katherine is allowing Alejandra and her kids to move into a nearby condo owned by the Jackson family, and wants Alejandra and her children moved out by the time she returns home from Indiana on June 10.

But it seems Alejandra is upset and not moving out without a fight.

Alejandra has reportedly hired powerful law firm Trope & Trope to negotiate a separation agreement, TMZ reports, and the mother of four wants some assurance that her family will be financially protected if she moves.

If not, she is prepared to challenge the move.

Alejandra has gone after ex-husband Jermaine Jackson in the past for failing to pay child support.

Jermaine is the father of two children and Randy Jackson is the father of the other two children.

Katherine originally asked Alejandra to move after the stun gun incident where Jaafar ordered a stun gun online and was playing with it at the house.

Reports surfaced that Jaafar used the taser on Blanket which launched an investigation by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services.
