It's a statue, it's a wax figure... no wait, it's just Katie Holmes being her usual cool, calm and collected self in NYC! On Tuesday, Katie stepped out of her Manhattan hotel with nary a facial expression to be seen. How does she keep so clearheaded with all those cameras?
