Katy Perry Braves the Rain in L.A.

As the song says, it never rains in Southern California, which is why so many folks in Los Angeles have been holed up in their homes during this week's uncharacteristic downpour. But not Katy Perry, who braved the windy, wet weather on Wednesday to meet a friend for lunch at Cravings restaurant in Los Feliz. Unfortunately, Katy lost the battle and watched helplessly as he umbrella got blown inside-out. The recently engaged pop star will appear next week on American Idol as a guest judge.
