Katy Perry took the time to stop and pose for a few pics with fans in Paris on Tuesday, between shopping at Colette and heading to the Jean-Charles de Castelbajac show. It's Fashion Week in the City of Lights, and the city has been steadily filling up with Hollywood celebrities eager to get their eyes on the upcoming styles storming down the runway.
