Katy Perry dumped the jet black, blue, purple and bubblegum pink for a tone a lot more natural on the September cover of L'Officiel Paris. The "Firework" singer lightened her (most recently) dark locks to an almost carrot-hued ginger red for the magazine and wore a peach frock adorned with black flowers.
The cover will certainly catch the eye of her most recent conquest, John Mayer, who according to some sources dumped the singer via e-mail due to her "hard partying."
In other Katy news, the singer's Popchips ads will launch this weekend.

Katy, along with Ashton Kutcher, Heidi Klum and Jillian Michaels, is a celebrity spokesperson for the snack company and the ad agency produced a series of kicky print ads with phrases like "Spare Me the Guilt Chip" and "Love. Without the Handles."
The ads will run in magazines like Cosmopolitan, Elle, People, Seventeen and US Weekly and be published on sites like maxim.com and mtv.com.
