Being the true California girl that she is, it looks like Katy Perry brought the sunshine to London on Thursday. Katy was all smiles when she was spotted in the hometown of her soon-to-be hubby Russell Brand. She gave a little wave and took pictures with fans before heading inside the Radio 1 building to do some promoting.

Katy looked gorgeous in a fedora and off-the-shoulder shirt and always a fashion risk-taker, she added a pop of color with bright purple heels and funky camouflage pants.
