Katy Perry Takes a Vow of Celibacy

She may sing about kissing girls, but Grammy nominee Katy Perry won't be kissing anyone--girls or boys--anytime soon.
According to TVGuide, Perry, 24, has announced she's taking a vow of celibacy this year. The topic sprung up when Perry was asked who she'd like to kiss at the Grammy Awards this year.
"I've actually taken a vow of celibacy this year...no kissing anyone," Perry said. "Just my cat, Kitty Purry."

The first-time Grammy nominee also shared that her parents are still reeling from the nod. "They can’t believe they created something that is Grammy-nominated," she said.
