Wish you all could be "California Gurrls"? Well, now you can at least smell like one. Kitty Purry-- oops, Katy Perry, our bad, debuted her new fragrance "Purr" on Friday at Selfridges in London, and played up the frisky qualities that no doubt inspired the name.
