Kelly Monaco Talks 'Dancing With the Stars': "It's Anyone's Game"
Sept. 19 2011, Published 7:14 a.m. ET
Dancing With The Stars returns! In honor of the hit show’s comeback this evening, OK! chatted exclusively with season one winner Kelly Monaco about who she thinks has the best chances to win.
“I love Ricki Lake, I think she’s in it for all the right reasons. I think David Arquette might gain a lot out of this. Like mind, body, soul. He might get the bigger picture out of all this," Kelly reveals to OK!. "In the end I think the trick is, it’s not about winning a dance show, you’ve got to find the meaning of what your journey is while you’re doing it. But you’ll be a winner when you realize it’s not about winning.”
“I don’t have a favorite," she adds. "I have my favorite personalities so far but I haven’t seen anybody’s work ethic or what their moves are or what they’re going to bring to the floor.”

And the E! News dancing correspondent also loves that there’s no clear-cut winner.
“I’ve just seen the introduction of what the cast was and just out of, first of all I love that there’s no shoo-in. I love that they brought it back to the basics of a bunch of celebrities who truly don’t know how to dance, I love that. It’s anyone’s game.”

Would she ever participate in a Dancing all-star edition? “Never say never,” says Kelly. “I don’t know. That would be really difficult. I’m always up for a challenge.”
