Kelly Osbourne isn't done with swimsuit season just yet! The celebrity showed off her hot bikini bod in a new Instagram picture that you HAVE to check out. Clad in black bikini bottoms with a black bustier bikini top, the picture features the star covering her face with a sailor's cap as she soaks up the sun on the back of a boat in Sydney, Australia.
The Fashion Police babe posted the pic along with a caption that addressed her body confidence.

Back in April, reports indicated that Kelly Osbourne had checked herself into food rehab after gaining about 20 lbs. following her breakup with Matthew Mosshart. While in food rehab, Kelly was to be following a clean diet and engaging in healthy activities such as yoga.
