Breaking a bone is never fun, but it's even worse when it's caused by something silly. Poor Kelly Osbourne accidentally broke her left hand over the weekend — and she did it in her sleep!

"I must be the most accident prone/stupid person in the world," Kelly Tweeted on Sunday. "I fell out my bed while sleeping last night and fractured my hand in 3 places!"
Luckily, Kelly has her mother, Sharon Osbourne, to take care of her.
"its my left hand & im left handed so my mum has to brush my hair & cut my food 4 me i feel like a baby again," the 27-year-old wrote. "of course my mum is loving it!"

Unfortunately, the extra motherly love hasn't been helping with Kelly's pain.
"im in sooooooo much pain i can't sleep it's bloody excruciating!" she wrote.
