Kelly Rowland has been looking stunning over the past few months as she celebrates the debut of her new girl group June’s Diary and enjoys the summer with her husband, Tim Witherspoon, and their son, Titan Jewell! But her amazing body hasn’t come easy, with a source telling OKMagazine.com the full details on her fierce transformation!
According to the insider, Rowland has had a full lifestyle overhaul as she attempts to perfect her exercise and eating routines! “Kelly’s definitely out-milfing Beyoncé these days – she looks like a 25 year old,” the source said. “She adapted a few new rules into her regime since Titan starting sleeping properly. She’s religious about not eating after 6pm, she has regular skin laser treatments to keep her skin so smooth, she makes sure she gets seven hours sleep every night and she’s totally overhauled her diet.”
When it comes to food, the insider added that Rowland follows a strict eating plan! “There’s no processed foods, everything’s organic and she eats vegetables or a salad before any kind of proteins,” the insider said. “She also grazes through the day, rather than sit down and eat a big meal, and she keeps a food journal.”
But the source admitted that Rowland’s healthy lifestyle hasn’t come cheap! “She’s been working with a nutritionist and says she’s got so much energy now,” the insider said. “She’s spent a good $25k in the lead-up to summer on herself and the proof is in her youthful looks.”
