Kelsey Grammer Engaged to Girlfriend; Awaiting Divorce From Camille Grammer

While fans are still waiting to see how Kelsey Grammer and Camille Grammer's marriage unravels on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kelsey is moving forward in real-time and is now officially engaged to his girlfriend Kayte Walsh.

"They are engaged. They never really announced it," Kelsey's rep, Stan Rosenfield, told Radar Online. "They are very happy and very much in love."

The 55-year-old actor was reportedly seen out with his 29-year-old girlfriend who was sporting a diamond engagement ring over the weekend.

In the fall, Kayte suffered a miscarriage shortly after the couple announced they were pregnant with their first child.

While Kelsey may be celebrating his engagement, he still has to finalize his divorce from Camille. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star filed for divorce from their 13-year marriage back in July, citing irreconcilable differences.

Kelsey and Camille have two children together, 9-year-old daughter Mason and 6-year-old son Jude.

"You don't have to be officially divorced to get engaged — at least that's how Kelsey Grammer sees it, and he's given Kayte Walsh a gorgeous diamond ring to prove it," David Perel, Radar Online creator and executive vice president explained to PopEater. "They both look so happy and we hope it works, but for those of you keeping score, this will be Kelsey's fourth marriage!"
