According to GossipCop, he took it in stride before getting inked above his waistline with his wife's first name in half-inch blue letters. The tattoo cost him $60.
Kelsey currently stars in a drama, Boss, about a mayor in Chicago. The role earned him a Golden Globe this past January. In the Golden Globe Awards press room, Kelsey told OK! he's excited to welcome twins into the world. "I am really looking forward to meeting these new arrivals," he said. "My wife will be extraordinary. She is one of the most loving, warm human beings."
