According to TMZ, Lane Spiegel, Kelsey's lawyer, and Neal Hersh, Camille's attorney, told the judge Monday morning that they have reached a deal.
They said the judge could grant the final divorce now and that they'd resolve property and money issues later.
However, neither party signed the settlement papers so the judge was unable to issue to divorce decree right then and there.
