Khloé Kardashian Odom played coy with photographers as she flashed them a playful smile over her shoulder on Wednesday. But she was careful not to flash them too much! She paired a short dress with sky high heels and we're guessing it wasn't very comfortable. Khloé repeatedly readjusted the back of her dress as she checked into her hotel in NYC. After all, beauty is pain!

A rep recently confirmed that Khloé and her husband Lamar Odom are not filming a reality show as recently rumored, but Khloé still treated her hotel check-in as a great photo-op. She posed and smiled for the paparazzi – even as she waited at the hotel desk.

The rest of the Kardashian clan arrived back in L.A. after spending the Fourth of July in NYC, but it looks like Khloe had to stay behind without them. Knowing Khloé, she probably has important business to attend to in the Big Apple!
