Khloe Kardashian may have yet another reality show to focus her attention on soon. This time one not involving her family. The 28-year-old is being considered to host the second season of The X Factor and she couldn't be more excited.

She told E! News Thursday, "I'm a big fan of The X Factor. I've always wanted to do hosting or talk show hosting, so it's definitely something that I would love to do and would be honored to do," she said of possibly joining the show. "To be on such a huge show like that with those judges, I would have so much fun doing that."

But she has some competition. Stacy Keibler, Erin Andrews and Kelly Osbourne are also up for the gig E! News reports.
Show creator Simon Cowell reportedly wants to go back to his original idea of having two hosts — one male and one female. "They're doing the auditions without a host so it's no big deal they don't have hosts right now," the source told E!. "Simon really wants to take his time. The two-person thing didn't work out the first time and he wants to make sure it works this time."

So does Khloe think she has what it takes to get along with Simon who is notorious for being brutally honest and not holding back?
"I love Simon," she laughed. "I think he's amazing. I love personalities like that because I'm someone who is very straightforward and I tell it like it is. That's what he's doing. He just doesn't want to blow smoke up people's asses."
Sounds like they're a perfect match!
