The rainy weather didn't stop Khloé Kardashian Odom and Lamar Odom from heading out to celebrate pal Monica's 30th birthday Sunday night! The R&B singer recently announced her engagement to Lamar's fellow L.A. Laker, Shawn Brown, on Twitter! The duo beamed as they headed inside the West Hollywood restaurant for the party.

TV personalities and daughters of rapper Rev Run (Joseph Simmons), Angela and Vanessa Simmons also faced the rain in West Hollywood, as they headed to Philippe Chow restaurant to celebrate with Monica.
