Kiefer Sutherland won't confirm whether he'll star in a film version of his hit series 24, but he's definitely into the idea.
"It's certainly on the table," the actor tells Extra in an interview set to air tonight. "We would certainly be thrilled to make it, but we're going to wait until the series is finished."
The long awaited return of 24 is almost here, as fans can look forward to a two hour mega event this fall. Sutherland says "We've just finished it. So now, we have to wait until November to show it. Arguably, I think it's the best thing we've done to date."

Kiefer's also got another project under his belt, the horror flick Mirrors, which hits theaters on Friday. But the actor's phobia of mirrors sort of put a damper on shooting--at first.
"For me it was always innate," he says. "Not being overly enthralled with my own reflection. It was probably harder for me to watch it than to make it."
He adds, "Over the course of my life, whether they've been mistakes I've made as a person, as a father, mistakes I've made as an actor, I've been given many chances to learn, improve and try to fix certain things," he says.
