Kiefer Sutherland’s DUI Arrest

After leaving the FOX Fall Eco-Casino party at Area nightclub, cops pulled over the 24 star after he made an illegal U-turn. When took the breathalyzer test, they found he was at twice the legal limit of .08 and was booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge.

This is the fourth DUI arrest for Kiefer. He was also arrested in 2004, 1993 and 1988. He’ll face the judge Oct. 16, and if found guilty, he could face a mandatory minimum four days of jail time.
