Karma may have caught up with Kings of Leon. The band has been the subject of a lot of negative press recently for turning down an offer to have their music featured on Glee — and now drummer Nathan Followill has suffered a bicep injury which requires surgery.

Kings of Leon announced that they've had to postpone an international tour after Nathan tore his right bicep while working out, E! Online reports. He needs surgery to repair the damage, and it may take a while to heal.

OK! NEWS: KINGS OF LEON'S NATHAN FOLLOWILL FIRES BACK AT GLEE'S RYAN MURPHY TO "BUY A NEW BRA"

Glee creator Ryan Murphy recently bashed the rockers — calling them "self-centered assholes" who "missed the big picture"  in The Hollywood Reporter — for dissing his hit Fox show, and Nathan followed up on Ryan's remarks with a nasty Twitter rant.

“Dear Ryan Murphy, let it go,” he Tweeted.“See a therapist, get a manicure, buy a new bra. Zip your lip and focus on educating 7yr olds how to say fuck.”

Kings of Leon has a big spring and summer ahead, performing as one of the main acts at the Coachella Music Festival on April 15, followed by some European dates in May, June and July.

Nathan won't go in for surgery until after these engagement, E! reports, but the group will have to postpone summer shows in South Africa and Australia until the fall so he can heal.

The drummer Tweeted this day that he is headed to rehab to help his injury.

"Good morning. Slept like a rock, woke up at the bottom of a lake. Back 2 rehab 2day 2 get my hurt on. No pain, no gain. I do it 4 the fans." he wrote.

KOL is up for two Grammy Awards on Feb. 13. They better not have a run-in with the Glee cast on the red carpet as the gang is also up for two Grammys — Best Compilation Soundtrack Album for Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media and Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals for their cover of Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'."
