Once you're number one on Maxim's Hot 100 list, you can pull anything off. This was definitely the case when Katy Perry appeared outside Skyrock radio station in Paris on Tuesday. With the dark hair back, Katy managed to still look great in a long multi-colored starry night dress. The pop star was totally comfortable and giggly with fans and cameras surrounding her.

In such a friendly mood, Katy even laughed it up with a bunch of her fans. They posed for the cameras in silly camera-shy stances and everyone appeared to be having an awesome time!
