It’s definitely not easy Keeping Up with the Kardashians! On Friday, oldest sister Kourtney Kardashian made her way to Las Vegas with boyfriend Scott Disick to ring in her upcoming birthday at Gallery Nightclub's Grand Opening.
The doting mom left baby Mason Disick at home to get her 32nd birthday, which is actually on April 18, festivities off to early start at the Planet Hollywood.

Fellow E! star Holly Madison, who starred in Peep Show at the hotel, attended the opening night bash with her Holly’s World co-star Josh Strickland.
