A pregnant Kourtney Kardashian had some help with her shopping at Bambini in L.A. yesterday as she prepares for the arrival of her little one -- boyfriend Scott Disick accompanied her on her retail errands at the popular baby store. Kourtney announced in August that she and Scott were expecting their first child together.
