Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick shopped at Polachekis Jewelers in Calabasas, Calif. on Tuesday, and Kourt looked pretty pleased with whatever it is they'd purchased! Younger sister Kylie Jenner also hung out with the proud parents of Mason Dash Disick.
