A male model who claims he dated Kourtney in 2009 has filed a suit asking for joint custody of Mason Disick. Kourtney has never publicly expressed anything but complete assurance that Scott Disick is the father of Mason (who can forget her discovery she was accidentally pregnant in that episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami?), so this case comes as a major shock.

While the model was happy to hand over some explicit details about their relationship, Kourtney's lawyer said in a statement to TMZ, "This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father."
