Only two months after her first performance following treatment for breast cancer, a respiratory infection has sidelined Aussie pop star , forcing her to cancel concerts in England.According to Kylie's rep, there is no connection between this latest ailment and the breast cancer treatment that caused her to bow out of the spotlight for over a year. The 38-year-old returned to the stage after her hiatus on Nov. 11 in Sydney, Australia, with a comeback concert.
