Hi, everyone, and welcome to my OK! blog! Every week, I’ll be sharing with you all the behind the scenes stories as I train NFL wide receiver Hines Ward for this season’s Dancing With the Stars, trying to make the Pittsburgh Steelers pro look as cool in the ballroom as he does on football field for season 12!

It was a difficult week with travel because we had to go to Pittsburgh, and we missed a day of training. But it was really good to Pittsburgh and seeing how much support we have! Hines showed me around which was really nice. We had to work really hard but I got to go to some fun events with Hines and see another side of him, like his football side and how much everybody loves him in Pittsburgh. It was nice to see the football fans and I got a bit of  an understanding of the whole Steeler Nation, and how passionate they are about football and Hines.

KYM JOHNSON'S DWTS DIARY: RIDING HIGH WITH A BIG TIE!

I was really proud of Hines' paso doble! I thought that he did such a great job. It's really not his nature though to be... you have to be very cocky and have a little bit of an ego and that's not him at all. So he really had to get into character and I thought he did a great job. In rehearsals he'd still kind of smile, he wasn't getting it 100 percent. But last night he really pulled it off. He had four of his teeammates there and I think that pushed him as well. However, he wasn't too thrilled with the outfit at first because he was like, Wow, and his chest was open but then he ended up loving it. He did really well and we had fun yesterday.

OK! VIDEO: WATCH KIRSTIE ALLEY'S SHOE MISHAP ON DANCING WITH THE STARS — WAS SHE SABOTAGED?

Chris Jericho was so sweet, we got back to our trailer and there were like cookies there with out faces on them, it was so sweet! It's just a really nice season, everyone gets along really well and it's fun going to work. Everyone really is having fun, it's a competition and we're working hard, but on show days it's great and we all have a really good time. Everyone is really lovely. There's no clear frontrunner at the moment, everyone is switching it up. The scores we had, I think it's great, it's the same as we had last week so at least it's being consistent which is good and I'm just happy we're not going backwards or anything. As long as we can keep maintaining consistency, that's what we care about.

OK! VIDEO: WATCH DAVID GARRETT — THE FASTEST VIOLINIST IN THE WORLD — ON DANCING WITH THE STARS

There's so much work that goes into getting it to be like it is in that one minute and  30 seconds. It's hours and hours in the rehearsal studio. When people just see the end result, you don't realize how much work goes into getting it to look that good. You've gotta have the technique — there's hours and hours of hard work that goes into it. The one thing Hines does is really works hard. He will be in the studio all day and all night if he has to be to get it to a good point. So we'll just keep doing the same things because it seems to be working.

OK! VIDEO: WATCH CHELSEA KANE & MARK BALLAS VIENNESE WALTZ TO THE TOP ON DANCING WITH THE STARS

The audience just seemed to really love what Hines is doing — they were with us from the start. It was a really great feeling, especially having the big orchestra and performance by David Garrett, the audiences was so into it, I think it really pumped Hines up. So hopefully people are watching at home! He's so into it, he's really putting himself out there in this competition and I think the audience can see that and how hard he's working. And he's just adorable, he does have that infectious smile and his personality is just lovely.

It's so close in the score, everyone is so close, that it's really going to come down to what the audience likes. It could be anyone who goes home! I'm nervous about tonight, you just hope that people liked it and voted for you! If we make it through, we're going to focus on just working hard all week!
