In case you were worried Lady Gaga wouldn't be able to top herself on the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards red carpet — she did. Gaga was carried across the carpet by some handsome men in an egg and "wouldn't be born until her performance." But stars stepped up their ensembles this year to try and out-Gaga her!

Animal print was popular this year as well as sexy peek-a-boo dresses. Miley Cyrus was showing quite a bit of skin this year on the carpet — and a few tattoos!

But she plans on doing Lady Gaga even one better next year!
"I'm doing the egg next year, for sure," Miley told E! News. "It's going to a pink one—an Easter one with all the fun colors."
Seriously?
"Um, no," she said. "No."
"Maybe I'll do it one day and my mom could carry me...Wait, she kind of did that already!" she added. "I've already been there and done that, Gaga — 18 years ago."
