Lady Gaga never ceases to amaze with her crazy footwear couture, but her latest statement was more sweet than shocking. Mother monster — who was censored by Fox for wearing penis stilettos on American Idol earlier this year — showed off a new footwear trend, wearing faces of fans on her mega-platforms.

While chatted with E! News' Giuliana Rancic about her Viva Glam Campaign with M.A.C., the host couldn't help but to comment on her "amazing" shoes.

"I guess about a foot, maybe more, they have the fans' faces on them," Gaga said when asked how high the platforms were.

Definitely a sweet sentiment behind the fan portraits on Gaga's feet.

Gaga also spoke about her alter ego Jo Calderone's return to the spotlight.

"I don't know how soon, but I'm sure Jo will want to perform again," Gaga said. "I don't think he can help himself really."

Gaga made headlines earlier this week for a very revealing and public wardrobe malfunction.

Unfortunately, Gaga wasn’t wearing any undies while out in NYC, showing her lady parts to the world when the slit of her red dress moved from one side to the center of her body.

The moment was capture by paparazzi, revealing her genital piercing to the world.

Watch the clip of Gaga below.
